ROLEX — GLOBAL PRODUCTION
30+ MARKETS · 13,000+ ASSETS · 973 MOTION EDITS · 65-PERSON TEAM
Combining the precision and craftsmanship of a luxury brand with the scale, complexity and speed of digital production.
Working across creative development, production systems, localisation, quality control and global delivery, I designed a scalable model that could take high-craft Rolex storytelling and deploy it consistently across markets without compromising the brand.
GLOBAL CREATIVE SYSTEMS
Behind every campaign was a production framework designed to protect the creative idea as it moved from global concept to local execution.
I developed global style guides, modular design frameworks and localisation workflows that allowed teams across markets to adapt campaign assets while maintaining Rolex's visual language and standards.
Every digital deliverable passed through creative and technical quality control, with assets tested across relevant websites, tablets and mobile devices before delivery.
The production system also connected into media deployment, providing verification that assets had been correctly delivered and were live in market.
CREATIVE → LOCALISATION → PRODUCTION → QC → DELIVERY → VERIFICATION

SPORT & ACHIEVEMENT
Global sporting partnerships provided a platform for stories about achievement, endurance and excellence.
The work spanned Formula 1, tennis and golf, bringing Testimonees and major sporting moments into the global digital ecosystem.
EXPLORATION & DISCOVERY
The work extended beyond sport into stories of exploration, discovery and human achievement.
Documentary-style films connected individual stories with the natural world, scientific discovery and the spirit of exploration.
THE ARTS — MUSIC, FILMMAKING & PERFORMANCE
Cultural storytelling explored themes of dedication, precision and mastery through music, filmmaking and the performing arts.
PRODUCT STORYTELLING
Alongside talent-led and documentary storytelling, the global production ecosystem included high-end product films designed to showcase individual Rolex watches through detailed 3D visualisation, movement and material.
REAL-TIME CREATIVE
For major sporting events, the production operation also supported reactive content designed to respond while the moment was still culturally relevant.
Pre-approved creative frameworks and modular production systems enabled selected assets to move from sporting achievement to market-ready content in as little as four hours.
This allowed Rolex to respond to major moments across events including Wimbledon and Formula 1, while maintaining the same level of brand control and creative quality as planned campaign work.
THE WORK AT SCALE
The Rolex programme brought together creative direction, art direction, design, motion, technology and global production within one connected ecosystem.
The result was a production model capable of delivering thousands of executions across markets while protecting the visual standards and craftsmanship expected of one of the world's most recognised luxury brands.
